Equipment composition
The special equipment for heating round bar material developed by our company consists of two parts:
1) IGBT super audio induction heating main control cabinet;
2) induction heater
3) feeding device
Forging furnace features:
[1] fast heating, less oxidation skin: the medium frequency heating furnace USES the principle of electromagnetic induction, the heat is generated in the workpiece itself. Very little oxidation, especially suitable for all kinds of precision forging.
[2] stability: continuous feeding of large bar material can reduce the impact on the if power supply, and the temperature closed-loop control composed of the power supply and the participation of the fast material lifters will ensure that the heating temperature of the blank material is consistent with that of the head and tail, and the core temperature is only 2~3 degrees.
[3] multi-variety feeding and discharging machine: different feeding and discharging machines are configured for different process requirements of users to form an optimized combination of equipment. Specific forms are: continuous, intermittent, etc.; Discharging form: tilting type, straight sliding type, etc.
[4] a variety of protection: cooling water water temperature, water pressure alarm. Set a temperature alarm.
[5] the inductor is made of high-quality red copper tube, which takes into account the workpiece's size, heating mode, power supply frequency and other factors. It is knotted with high-temperature resistant cement to avoid the contact between the workpiece and the inductor. Durable and easy to replace.
